Tobu is a personal information organizer: it allows to add many thousands of text items of information with single click, to add searchable tags to save search for tags, items and favorites to the tag lists to filter items by their tags or search for items containing the given tags, to sort the items based on their tags and search for items in a particular order to select a particular list of tags, sort by them and use them as filters to generate new lists of items. When an item is added to Tobu, it is tagged with default tags: title, date and source (if the data is stored in a text file). In addition, the initial date of the file, the author, the file's size and link to a file on the internet are stored as a searchable tags, too. If the file is stored as a file, the content of the file is also searchable. It's possible to use some optional tags to further specify the content: URL, phone number, email and notes. See the "Filtering, sorting and selecting" section below for more information about them. All the tags are searchable: you can type "notes < 8" to get only the items with notes of at least 8 characters, "note < 8", "title == ken", "url == new york" to get items that have notes of 8 characters, that have title "ken" and that are linked to new york. It is possible to mark certain items as favorites: this means that they will be shown in the list of favorites, and also be shown in the list of top favorites if there are more than 500 favorites. To mark an item as favorite, just type the "favoritetagname" for the favorite in the field, where "favorite tag name" is a tag that you want to be associated with the item. To remove an item from favorites, use the same tag name with "unfavoritetagname". The list of favorites will show all items that have the given favorite tag, and will be filtered using the given favorite tag name. If a user favorites an item, it is shown in the list of favorites. If you add a new favorite tag, it is shown in the favorites list on all the screens where this tag is used as filter. If you have two favorite tags for the same item, they will be shown separately, if you use them as filter, in the favorite list,
